This legal notice governs the use of the website arsfestum.com (the “Site”), in accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

2 · Purpose

The Site presents the services of Ars Festum, an event design house based in Palma de Mallorca, including flowers, furniture, lighting, artistic direction and advisory, and allows visitors to make contact enquiries. Use of the Site grants the condition of user and implies full acceptance of the terms set out in this legal notice.

3 · Conditions of use

The user agrees to use the Site and its contents lawfully and in good faith, and not to use them for purposes that are unlawful or harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable or impair the Site or prevent its normal use by other users.

4 · Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Site, including without limitation texts, photographs, illustrations, drawings, the Ars Festum name and mark, graphics and source code, are the property of the owner or of third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of any content without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited. Photographs of venues shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for reference only.

5 · Liability

The owner does not warrant the continuous availability of the Site and is not liable for any damage arising from its unavailability, or from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties beyond its control. The Site may contain links to third-party sites; the owner is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6 · Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, save where a different forum is mandatory by law (for example, the user’s place of domicile in consumer matters).
